The Role
This exciting and broad ranging role is ideal for an experienced sales manager aspiring to play a leading role in the visitor economy sector and driving growth in partnership across Experience Oxfordshire. We are looking for an extremely organised individual who can step up and join a small team with big plans. The role will suit someone who is innovative and creative with significant experience in relationship management and working to, achieving and exceeding income targets. We are also looking for an individual that will recognise opportunities which help grow the business and create and execute a lucrative partnership strategy for Experience Oxfordshire that achieves the targets for partnership acquisition, income and retention.

To post holder will manage Experience Oxfordshire’s partnership schemes, liaising with tourism and cultural businesses to ensure they gain the most from their partnership, are kept abreast of opportunities and value their partnership; lead on new partner acquisition and communication with prospective and existing partners, ensuring targets are met. They will work with the marketing team to develop CRM systems that are fit for purpose and liaise with staff across the business to ensure the effective delivery of partnership services.

Communication:
Internally: Head of Commercial Services, Marketing Manager, Customer Services Development Manager, Customer Services Manager, Management Accountant, Board of Directors.
Externally: Experience Oxfordshire partners, stakeholders, press and travel trade, national agencies as appropriate.
Main Responsibilities;
• To deliver sustainable growth of the partnership base of Experience Oxfordshire through the development and delivery of an integrated partnership strategy.
• To ensure benefits offered and services delivered are fit for purpose and at the right level, reviewing these on a regular basis.
• To develop, manage and maintain a partnership database for all partners, stakeholders and prospective partners, ensuring key communications and service records are kept up to date and available to all staff.
• To provide advice to individual organisations on the most appropriate ways to engage with Experience Oxfordshire to suit their needs and requirements.
• To lead on the organisation of partner events, email communications and social media throughout the year, speaking at events when required to do so.
• To generate increased revenue to the Experience Oxfordshire through the partnership packages.
• To manage partnership budgets, ensuring targets are met and exceeded and to manage income and expenditure within the limits agreed.
• To work with the senior managers to support the development and delivery of Experience Oxfordshire’s corporate partnership schemes.
• To work closely with the finance team to raise invoices and manage partnership debtors.
• To line manage the Partnership Executive.
• To carry out all duties in line with Equal Opportunities policies in operation.
• To undertake any such duties commensurate with the post as may be required.

This is a part-time role (30 hours per week), Salary £24,000 - £28,000 (pro rata) depending on experience
